Mobile Terms of Service

    By opting into the Next Level Communications mobile messaging service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

    1. Program Description

    Next Level Communications may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats. These may include updates, alerts, scheduling confirmations and reminders.

    2. Frequency of Messaging

    Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive periodic messages based on your interaction with us and the specific programs you have joined.

    3. User Opt-In

    By providing your phone number and opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. We will not initiate a mobile message without your prior express formal consent.

    4. Cost and Carrier Charges

    Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan or contact your wireless carrier for details. Next Level Communications does not charge a fee for our text message program; however, your carrier may charge you for sending and/or receiving text messages and airtime.

    5. Supported Carriers

    Our messaging service is available on most major and regional carriers. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    6. How to Opt-Out (Stop)

    To stop receiving text messages from Next Level Communications, reply STOP to any mobile message we send you. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

    7. How to Get Help (Help)

    If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to any message, or contact our support team at careers@nextlevel.net.

    8. Privacy

    We respect your privacy. All data collected through our SMS service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

    9. Changes to Terms

    Next Level Communications reserves the right to terminate or change our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms of Service. Your continued enrollment in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Level Communications is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or any failures in delivery, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

    Implementation Checklist for Your Website:

    • Hyperlink it: Ensure this policy is linked directly on your “Sign Up” or “Checkout” pages where you collect phone numbers.
    • The Checkbox: When collecting numbers for marketing, use an unchecked box that says: “I agree to the Next Level Communications Mobile TOS and Privacy Policy.”
    • Contact Info: Be sure to fill in the bracketed support information in Section 7 before publishing.

    This Privacy Policy is designed for Next Level Communications, Inc. specifically incorporating the 2026 updates for the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA).
